hamlet_cat: I am a university graduate, with a degree in Psychology, Science, and Education. While in university I worked as a ski instructor and a fitness instructor to help pay for my school fees. Later after graduating I became a high school Science and Math teacher. I now enjoy many active hobbies such as master's alpine ski racing, swimming, running, cycling and weight lifting. I started these blogs mainly to share my knowledge of ski racing, triathlon training, and fitness and nutrition. I hope you enjoy reading my posts and thank you for taking the time to view my blogs.
